This is the MOST DISGUSTING dealership you could have the misfortune of dealing with. The level of customer service at this dealership is poor beyond words. NO follow ups, NO updates, NO empathy, NO acknowle misfortune of dealing with. The level of customer service at this dealership is poor beyond words. NO follow ups, NO updates, NO empathy, NO acknowledgment for your concerns and NO care! The truly DO NOT CARE. They will leave you out to dry and you have to be "okay' with that! NOT willing to pay for rentals on a warranty repair and service advisors could care less that they don't follow up with you so much so that you become frustrated. If you ever have to get your Honda serviced here RUN! They will NOT treat you well. They will give you THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and they say "xxxx off, we're not going to fix your vehicle"! NO ONE CARES HERE. I would NEVER recommend a Honda car to ANYONE after dealing with a deplorable, horrendous, atrocious and down right DISGUSTING dealership. My car didn't go in for 40 minutes! The lot of waiting service cars is almost empty. Google says its slower than usual. Service advisor told me 15 minutes ago the tech was tightening up the lugnuts. I think he got lost. Someone should go looking for him! He has gone missing! More
