I'm waiting at the dealership right now and for what has been 2 hours for a seasonal tire change??? Nothing but issues the last few times I have been here. This is why I go to Halton Honda now! My car didn't go in for 40 minutes! The lot of waiting service cars is almost empty. Google says its slower than usual. Service advisor told me 15 minutes ago the tech was tightening up the lugnuts. I think he got lost. Someone should go looking for him! He has gone missing! More

Can't say enough good things about the sales person Kevin Tieu. He was great to deal with, was able to get me what I wanted for my trade in vehicle, and was extremely understanding to work with.
