Third Odyssey! We went into Oakville Honda after getting a price from another dealership that we've dealt with for 14 years plus. Our first interaction was with Bill We went into Oakville Honda after getting a price from another dealership that we've dealt with for 14 years plus. Our first interaction was with Bill Lee who made us feel like we were walking into our long time family member's home! He made us feel so welcomed and happy to service our needs. We explained to him we were looking for our 3rd Honda Odyssey and he immediately paired us up with Dylan Cohen a rookie sales rep. Dylan approached us smiling with an enthusiastic attitude and ready to meet our needs. We explained to Dylan what were looking for and our budget. Being the new kid on the block, he took a chance to be beaten down by the big boys with our financial requests...but Dylan delivered! We then sat with Sam Assi who patiently went thru all our financials and offered us some substantial savings with the extra's. We picked up our new van last night and it was like we were walking on a red carpet and everyone noticing us and make us feel amazing! I feel that companies need to follow the regime of Oakville Honda's outstanding customer service! They truly went above and beyond to measure up to our very demanding needs and wants.
