I'm knowledgeable on many subjects - but auto repair and maintenance is not one of them. So having someone I can trust, someone who knows his stuff but is also fair and honest. Before my recent purchases - I was driving a 2002 Chrysler Neon - John was always upfront about the service I needed vs. the service that was optional. And he counselled me when it was time to trade the Neon in and step to the 2011 Dodge Charger. When it was time to purchase snow tires - John was very helpful with me - he knew that money was tight with me so instead of trying to upsell me into more expensive tires - he researched with the parts manager and came up with an economical solution that fit into my current budget but still secured a sale for his dealership and parts department. It was also John that helped me to decide when I traded in my 2011 Dodge Charger for a 2013 Dodge Charger. He helped me appreciate the enhancements between the two models and reassured me that there were no issues with the 2013 model vs. the 2011. John and his team is why I brought my previously out of warranty car to the dealership for service, and why I have made 2 vehicle purchases at that same dealership - why I bought my snow tires and snow rims and why I will continue to have my current car serviced there. The sales team of the dealership may get the credit and the commission - but if I had any say in the matter - I'd give a little of those commissions over to the service and parts men and women that support the customer after the sale. We were promised that the 2014 vehicle we purchased would be ready the following day and the salesperson personally made sure that promise was kept. POOR FOLLOW UP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a new 2014 Dodge Challenger on February 6, 2014 drove almost two hours to get there because they had asking a good price for the car. In I purchased a new 2014 Dodge Challenger on February 6, 2014 drove almost two hours to get there because they had asking a good price for the car. Initially started to deal with Cam we made the deal price given for trade in and monthly payment. this was not really explained well by him. (read all your paper work carefully.) He then turned me over to Dave Moore ( who does not seem to know what he is really doing.) He always seems busy being busy but not actually doing much of anything. After dealing with him for a bit i was turned over to a third person Chris to work out the financing etc. trying to up-sell everything. Feeling very much like a number not a valued customer. I had asked all three of them for a price for fog lights. They never got back to just gave me random numbers. Fast forward to the day of pick up. Once again Dave was busy being busy at not much at all as i was the only customer in the show room. He rushed through the delivery inspection of my car did not review most of the features again too busy to do this had to hurry back for the big sale. (now one other customer in the show room). Pull out with my car get five minutes down the road and the gas light comes on the highway After paying $75. for a full tank that what I thought I was going to get. Not being from the area this became a bit of a struggle to get back. Called the dealership they had me come back in and they filled up but blaming the lot guy for being too busy. When Cam came back from filling it up we asked for something for the mistake, the delay and lack of customer care. He stated he would send a $100. Keg gift card which was their promotional item that weekend. Needless to say here it is seven weeks later have i seen this gift card not a sign of it. Will i see it ?Probably not. So if you are looking for a dealership that treats you like a number not a person this is the place to go. If you do go avoid Dave Moore as your sales man. I have purchased 16 new cars and a number of used ones this by far was my worst experience. Will not go back regardless of price. Thanks Oakville Chrysler I guess I now know why it is under new management. Jim More

We came in to "look" and left with a Ram Sport! Adrian had the brightest smile and approached us. For a new sales rep he did alright with help from experienced staff.
