Always a pleasure to deal with service in this dealership Once I found John Dart at this dealership (a year ago) my headaches of servicing my car disappeared. Following his advise in Spring I even purchased a Grand Cherokee and traded the old Liberty 06. Very happy every time I go there for a regular service. John is customer driven person, answering questions and always with a smile on his face. This time I went for a small service but finally I convinced my wife to purchase the winter tires for her Jeep Grand Cherokee at this location instead of Costco. You might save a few bucks at Costco, but you can't compare the service of this location with a big box store service and frankly I know John and know that he will answer my e-mails quickly and professionally and address my problems when I need help. As a matter of fact I have not seen any Jeep dealer service to come close to this centre. More

Good result but initial customer service was lacking Found a used truck online and called the dealer for more info. Salesman (Cam) couldn't answer several questions and couldn't find the vehicle. Never did. Spent 2 days calling dealer trying to get info with little luck. Eventually got a salesman (Mark) that would call me back. Turns out they hadn't even received the truck, yet it had been advertised online for 3 days already. Somewhat frustrating when you want to come and see a vehicle right away and you have to chase their salesmen for info and they don't even have it. Once it was sorted and they found the vehicle, the transaction went smoothly. They took care of my concerns and conditions on the new vehicle and gave a fair value for my trade-in. More
