John is the man to go to if you want something done right ! The RAM 1500 I have has a few ongoing issues, however, John Dart always makes it right for me. Last time they had the truck for an extra day and he sent me a rental at home! Pretty impressed with his attitude and professionalism. He takes his time to understand what the issue is and never rushes through the paperwork. As a matter of fact, I am only asking for him when I hand over the truck keys. He explains the work done and details the work sheet, so far he was able to answer absolutely all my questions. He knows the rest of the team, follows up every day on the status of the truck and doesn't make any empty promises. I hope his managers looks at this reviews, he should get in more people like John. Searching for the right Charger I came accross Oakville Chysler searching through car adds on Autotrader.ca.. I seen a 2014 Dodge Charger for sale at an exceptionally good price.. I I came accross Oakville Chysler searching through car adds on Autotrader.ca.. I seen a 2014 Dodge Charger for sale at an exceptionally good price.. I decided to call the dealership and enquire about the car.. I first made contact with a sales person named Larry Domenco He was very friendly and helpfull with all my questions and concerns.. I was then forwarded over to Christopher Tannous in Finance , Christopher was very proffesional and helped me secure the best rate I could afford for the purchase of car that I wanted.. After about 3 weeks of emails back and forth between Larry Domenco and Christopher Tannous, mostly because I was undecided on which Charger I wanted and with what options.. I made the choice to go to Oakville Chrysler ( I live in Oshawa) so a bit of a drive..) But well worth it...... I finally met Larry and Chris in person , December 26th they were both very proffesional and friendly and met all my needs in helping me selct a car to purchase as well as arrange the financing,, Then it came time to meet Camillo Comparone, hes one of the main Managers.. He was very friendly and very supportive in what my needs were for purchasing a vehicle from the dealership.. the two of us came to a fair and equitable agreement on a purchase price for my used but fairly new Dodge Charger Ralley edition.. I cant thank the trio of Larry, Christopher, and Camillo enough for there patience and all the time and effort in finding me the right car. .. Very Happy with the efforts of all 3 of them..
