We met with Cam and Terry who quickly determined what kind of truck we might be looking for and worked with us to get a great truck and a fantastic price. After we test drove the vehicle and decided it was the one for us, we immediately met with Jaksa who started working through the details. Jaksa was very organized and helpful working out the specific warranties and financing options. Within 24 hours we took delivery of a gorgeous new vehicle. Never having dealt with Oakville Chrysler my 9 year son and I "popped" into the dealership to "look" at potentially trading in our 2012 minivan for a new upgraded model. After circling the new car lot for 20 minutes or so not being approached we decided to go inside. Initially the reception was okay. Having purchased over a half dozen new vehicles in my life I wasn't surprise at the lack of interaction. I don't know if it is just me but despite giving off pretty strong buy signals I generally find it hard to actually get help at dealerships. However, a couple of minutes after we entered the dealership Eric came over and introduced himself. Eric was great, he has a friendly, non aggressive approach. Always tending to over analyze things, I had been checking out various newspapers for advertisements for the last couple of months. Being on a tight timeline I told Eric that I had an advertisement from another GTA dealership for the vehicle I wanted which was actually a fair amount lower than what I had been previously seeing. I was expecting some sort of push back saying that, "the price is impossible", "the van didn't exist", or "there is only one of them for that price" etc etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Eric said he would show the ad to his manager and they would definitely do what they could. In the meantime he offered me a test ride. Being pressed on time, I reluctantly agreed. Again, I was surprised, the 2015 van drove much better than my '12. When I got back to the dealership I was again ready to hear some negative news on my ad. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Eric came back to me with the ad price and a fair value for my trade (again as I tend to over analyze things, I had previously been autotrader.ca to see what my trade would "realistically" be worth). After a bit of back and forth with the 'closer' Sales Manager Andrew a deal was struck. Andrew was awesome to deal with as well. Andrew knows his prices and was able to make the deal without a lot of ridiculous posturing or back and forth. Andrew even went above and beyond saying he would get me whatever colour van I wanted even if it wasn't on the lot. I was then passed to Chris for financing etc. Chris was great to deal with as well. Great communicator and straight to the point. All in all I had a great buying experience, and I was blown away on how quick and stress free the whole experience was. In fact, I would feel comfortable saying it took me longer to write this review than it took me to buy my vehicle at Oakville Chrysler More

The moment we we walked in last Friday evening we were greeted a warm-hearted receptionist who directed us to Terry, our sales representative. Terry was very conscientious and patient. He took time to chat and get to know us. He gave us options so that we were able to make the choice that was best for us. Later, Chris helped seal the deal. Next Tuesday we collected our car. For many recent immigrants to Canada, a visit to a dealership like Oakville Chrysler can seem daunting. Our experience proves it does not have to be. The employees at this dealership reminded me of the warmth of the Caribbean (our original home). More
