He accommodated me at my convenience hours and I was surprise by the high quality of service received. Definitely I do not get this service at Nissan (I own a Nissan, but hopefully I will change at some point). John is a professional and knows very well what is doing or suggesting. Un-comparable service My husband and I were in the market for a pre-owned mini van. We just had a baby so funding was tight but we had no space for anything in our vehicle My husband and I were in the market for a pre-owned mini van. We just had a baby so funding was tight but we had no space for anything in our vehicle any more. A friend recommend we talk to Kathy at Oakville Dodge so I gave her a call. What a nice lady! I am in sales my self and can say she is great at her job. Unlike most sales people, she actually listened. We gave her our budget, told her we wanted a base model 2013 or newer with a roof rack. To our surprise, she was able to get us more than other dealerships on our trade in AND got us in to a brand new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan! We never thought it was possible especially considering we are on one income now. But she did it, and on budget. I would highly recommend her to any one. I would also like to say that David was very patient and helpful with us when it came to the financing ( I was a bit nervous, first time financing). Great dealership all around. More
