Took my Mustang in for a synthetic oil change and a rear differential service. I was quoted $305 at the time of booking. The bill came in at $649, including a 2.4% credit card surcharge. Not only does this dealership price gouge (my Honda, same size engine is over $50 less for the same oil change), but they clearly misrepresent their service pricing. And two messages to their managers expressing concern have gone unanswered. Obviously their text messages of “please reach out with any concerns” are completely meaningless. Stay very far away from this dealership. More
I do not even know where to begin with the horrible servive we received from them. I would stay far far away from this place. We purchased a Ford F150. They wouldn’t cancel the contract and let us walk out. We contacted OMVIC and head manager Mark. Their “manager” Adil was just a miserable guy and just a horrible person to speak with. Made us purchase another vehicle. Used vehicle purchased was promised parts to be replaced only half was done. After many visits and wasted time they finally got it done. Take care home and register it and there is a recall on iy which they said there were none. The only person that was nice and understanding was Samira, but she couldn’t do much to help the situation. I have never ever had such a horrible experience pirchasing a car. So please save your time, energy and money. More
Extreme disappointment! They put my car through the car wash and ripped a piece of the door off and I was told to go through my insurance. I went for an oil change and had 6 on file from when I bought my car. They said that was never on file and couldn't find my bill of sale proving it. Removed my antenna and left it on my passengers seat when I went for the oil change. I called the service manager twice on consecutive days with no return call. I emailed the GM with the same result. I will be going to another ford dealership in town where customer service means something. Beware buyers! More

Terrible customer experience. They are wonderful when you are buying but all service after this has been awful. Brought vehicle in at 8 am. no one called all day. We called at 3 pm and they still had not looked at it. We we told they would call in a half hour.
