Extreme disappointment! They put my car through the car wash and ripped a piece of the door off and I was told to go through my insurance. I went for an oil change a They put my car through the car wash and ripped a piece of the door off and I was told to go through my insurance. I went for an oil change and had 6 on file from when I bought my car. They said that was never on file and couldn't find my bill of sale proving it. Removed my antenna and left it on my passengers seat when I went for the oil change. I called the service manager twice on consecutive days with no return call. I emailed the GM with the same result. I will be going to another ford dealership in town where customer service means something. Beware buyers! More

Terrible customer experience. They are wonderful when you are buying but all service after this has been awful. Brought vehicle in at 8 am. no one called all day. We called at 3 pm and they still had not looked at it. We we told they would call in a half hour. Not impressed! We were told that they did not have the part to fix the issue. If we haven’t heard from them in two weeks to give them a call. What kind of service is that? More
Horrible experience they lie and rush you through the paperwork and if you get second thoughts they will want more then your deposit. Threaten me with legal actions. I went to Oakridge Ford for some enhancements to my vehicle and was impressed with the staff from walking in the door to getting the keys back in my hand and out the door. They don’t take care of their customers they lie about what they sell. Are not honest about their sales I’ve been calling every day to their phones sales manager and general manager are untrust worthy as what they sell.
