Sales Rep Zak took us for an interactive test drive, showing us just what the Rav-4 AWD could do, explaining all the tech and the massive feature set. He worked with us to find exactly what we needed and wanted, weighing in each model objectively, and was not pushy in the slightest. Manager Tom worked with us on pricing, just a super friendly and personable guy. Drew handled the financial stuff, again, just incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure. A few days later and we have our awesome new car sitting in our driveway, and the sound knowledge that we made the right choice and got exactly what we wanted with zero hiccups and zero buyers remorse.
