I travel a LOT and my car broke down and I needed a new car asap and was super stressed. Didn't have a ton of money but wanted something reliable but more importantly, someone to call and ask for help if/w car asap and was super stressed. Didn't have a ton of money but wanted something reliable but more importantly, someone to call and ask for help if/when the car broke again (I've had terrible luck with cars in past). While driving by Nissan O'Regans, Craig Chippett showed me around and gave me some awesome advice, never pushed me to buying a car from him, told me of all other options and what was good for me and what coverage I should get, and I never had to bargain! He told me he'd get me a good price and he did. He's been very helpful while buying the car and even after, I call him when I need to go for servicing or with any questions. An extremely charming, enthusiastic and helpful fellow - he's awesome at his job and not unlike any "car salesman"! I would definitely buy my next car from him. Even the Nissan dealership is really helpful, every time I go in, there are people offering to help, never make me wait, both in service and sales, offer to give me a ride if I'm dropping my car off without me having to ask them (and mind you, I don't have a high end car!). Overall, a great experience, I'm glad I got my car here, I feel secure. Would recommend it to all my friends. More

O'Regans,facility excellent, all staff extremely friendly and helpful. I dealt with salesman Elias Stefeti. Although not a pushie man Elias remained in contact with me until be had the car I was interested and helpful. I dealt with salesman Elias Stefeti. Although not a pushie man Elias remained in contact with me until be had the car I was interested in. With that he did his best to work within my price range. I travelled to this dealership which is 489 kms one way from my home to deal with this man and dealership. I would recommend both to anyone. It was a wonderful buying experience. More

I bought my first brand new nissan altima coupe from Elias Safatli. He was not only knowledgeable but very kind and patient. He went beyond his means and did everything he can do inorder to make sure that i got the car i always wanted at the best price. I was extremely happy with the service from the team that i have already referred 2 people to go see Elias Safatli for their new purchase and i'm sure they will leave as happy and confident as i did. Bought 2009 Nissan Sentra, manual transmission in May 2009.I 've been insisted to purchase extra coverage for rust, fabric and undercoating .Being not satisfied with this package i asked t 2009.I 've been insisted to purchase extra coverage for rust, fabric and undercoating .Being not satisfied with this package i asked to prorate and cancel it . But they didn't .Asked because the rust is not covered , for undercoating I still have to pay each time 45 $ and all these is extra 2,100$ . They simply decrease the price before I signed the purchase contract and then increased it by adding this coverage which is absolutely unnecessary .I was fully relying on a dealer in this issues and that was my first new car purchase , that'why I agreed to add this package but through the time I was observing how this package works and found that there is nothing wrong with fabric unless you spill coffee everyday , rust shows up on arches is not covered . It's enough to pay 70$ per year for the rust proof , but with this coverage of 2,100$ the extra 45 $ per year is required for checking the undercoating . The final story is when i came to Nissan O'Reagans Halifax to sell it they offered me 7,500$ for the car which is 2009 in ideal condition, 51,000km . The sales person on the day of purchase was insuring me that it will be no problem to sell it .Many Scottish people coming over to Nova Scotia are buying the manual cars . Now I have a problem to sell it , there is no even a phone calls for the price of 10,500 . I don't think it's a respective business to offer 7,500 and then selling it for 11,000-12,000 only because they offer financing ...... More
