Hello Rick, Thanks for taking the time to respond to our review. I'm sure your future clients would appreciate you taking the steps to correct whatever issue you had/have within your system. As far as our experience goes, that doesn't really help since we had to deal with the situation and personal loss of vacation days etc. We were able to drop off our vehicle on Friday the 4th and it is at your shop for repair as we speak. Mr Ames I am well past the point of you providing customer services now, I just traded the car and just waiting for the new car to come in. Right now I have about $3000 in extra debt because I allowed my self to be talked into things I didn't want. This window etching crap added no value to my car on resale as promised, the PermaShine is not a do once and it's done, there are yearly inspections which I was not told about. When I bought the car I had to drive around for the weekend with a dealer plate because the car couldn't be transferred because the information wasn't forwarded to my insurance company, our deposit couldn't be refunded because it was a cash deposit and nobody could write a cheque nor did they have access to $500. So I was responsible for providing O'Reagans proof of insurance when a simple fax would have done it. Service on the vehicle was slow, 3 hours for an oil change and first 8,000km inspection. There was no follow up call to how I liked the car or to find out if I was satisfied with the car. Bottom line - there was no customer care, you got as much money out of the deal as you could and the very least you could do to complete the sale. The car is gone and would never recommend by a car from Halifax Nissan
