I had no thought of getting a Rouge and only for Frankie did I take it for a test drive, the Rouge sold itself after that, Frankie and Christina made it possible, other staff at the dealership couldn't have been nicer, being from out of town (3 hours away) the dealership were so helpful in getting things done. Even the Service Manager was getting off work stopped to talk to my husband, The follow up from Frankie and a letter from Nissan are ice touches, Nissan is very fortunate to have Frankie and Christina on their staff, the whole experience was a great one, so rare to find this kind of service in our fast paced world. From the moment he spotted us out on the lot and walked over to see if we needed any help What can I say that hasn't already been said about Frankie? He inquired into what I was looking for, patiently giving me detailed advice, without giving me the feeling that he was trying to steer me in any direction, or talk me into a quick decision. When I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted he took down my details and said he would be in touch, which he was promptly, and an appointment was made for that Friday. When we arrived Frankie was out for a test drive but he had made such an impression on me I insisted on waiting for his return to view the car again. Alas, it had been sold the night before through a different location. I was quite disappointed but I needn't have feared. Frankie went to check their inventory and returned to tell us there was another 2.5 SL Altima that had just arrived. He even took us to the back room so we could view it where we were also informed of the car's history. We decided to buy it...if the price was right, it being a considerable improvement on the previous one. It was a tad over budget, however, the general manager Elias kindly agreed to give us the $1000 off cash for clunkers deal which we happily accepted. When later there was a $1000 discrepancy over the price quoted, they even met us halfway, reducing the price by another $500. The car needed work done so I had to wait to take it home, but Frankie kept me updated the entire time. When I went back to pick it up, he went through all the many features with me, explaining exactly how everything worked, demonstrating where needed, even setting up my Bluetooth for me and advising me on my driving stance. (No more sore back and leg strain!)He than assured me I could email/call/text him anytime with any questions and that he would be in touch in a few days to see how things were going. Frankie is the best customer service experience I have ever had, he knows his stuff and he makes you feel as if you are buying a car from a trusted friend rather than a perfect stranger. If you are looking for a vehicle and a personable experience, trust me, Frankie's your man. More
