Frankie Diggs, the salesman, went above and beyond (hour or more) with explaining the electronics on the new Nissan Pathfinder, setting up our Bluetooth, customizing our seat settings, etc, (he even went ov or more) with explaining the electronics on the new Nissan Pathfinder, setting up our Bluetooth, customizing our seat settings, etc, (he even went over how to set up our side mirrors to prevent blind spots). He gave us his business card and said we could call him with any questions any time, and he even went a step farther with giving us a call a few days later to see if we had any questions and asked our opinions on the new vehicle, he again stated we could call him any time with any questions. Dee Dee, the Finance Manager, was easy to get along with and was very knowledgeable. Joel, the Sales Manager, was very pleasing and was willing to go the extra mile to put us at ease. Our overall experience was outstanding with the fact that the other sales people in the store were willing to help us with getting our children crayons and coloring books, showing them where the TV was and just helping to make us comfortable as possible Will definitely take the trip (over a 4 hour drive), to purchase another vehicle from the O'Regan's Nissan Dartmouth. Just kicking tires last week knowing that I would be trading my 5 year old truck in the coming few months for something new, or nearly new, something I do every few years. I was very specific with my needs about a mid sized truck, ie Frontier, trading in a Dakota which they don't make any more. As an informed consumer, I do a lot of shopping especially for a major purchase. I just happened to get JT with my request for a test drive and am glad I did. I was able to get a very good deal on both my trade in any my purchase of a demo Frontier. JT is the most energetic and enthusiastic sales consultant I have ever come across. He is sincerely interested and concerned in making the shopping and buying experience as positive and rewarding as possible. I give him full marks in every category for customer service. He is fairly new to the business and I expect he will excell. I had the pleasure of dealing with several of the staff at this dealership including Janice, Rob and even Joel, the manager and every one of them was a consumate professional, completely honest and open about any of my concerns or questions. My wife and I were looking to upgrade her car. We had gone to several dealers prior to O'Reagan's Nissan Dartmouth. We had a bad salesperson at Ford and a mediocre sales people at the Chev; Hyundai & Ki gone to several dealers prior to O'Reagan's Nissan Dartmouth. We had a bad salesperson at Ford and a mediocre sales people at the Chev; Hyundai & Kia dealers. From the moment we walked into this dealership we were greeted by Frankie which had a very professional and welcoming demeanor. We were unsure about the features and the model of vehicle we would be interested in and he answered each and every question on the spot. His knowledge of the vehicles he was selling was very impressive to us. Very much unlike the Ford dealership where we had to wait 10 minutes each for the answer to most questions on options available to us in the models we were looking at while he went to "check" on it. Frankie did not try to sway us one way or the other but just gave the answers to all questions and suggestions if asked. Once the initial deal was confirmed it was also pleasant to deal Janice MacKinnon the Financial Services Manager. She again offered the warranty; protection etc but was not overly aggressive and gave us the information we needed to make what we think was the correct decision for us. On the day we picked up the vehicle Frankie & Janice were professional and well prepared . We drove away very satisfied customers as far as the purchase of this vehicle. More

We went in to O'Regan's to start talking about the possibility of trading in our 2002 Nissan Altima. We had no intentions of actually purchasing a vehicle soon, let alone that day. After speaking with Jonathan, he was able to narrow down what we were looking for. When all was said and done, he found the perfect car for us and we purchased it that day! We definitely felt like he was there to help us not only purchase the vehicle we wanted and needed, but to also get us a good deal. At no point did we feel pressured.
