While in Halifax for a conference a few weeks ago, I had an issue with my passenger window not going back up. I went to Nissan in Dartmouth and bought a part I hoped would fix it. I installed it, but no luc an issue with my passenger window not going back up. I went to Nissan in Dartmouth and bought a part I hoped would fix it. I installed it, but no luck. Feeling defeated and short on time, I went back inside and asked if someone could at least get the window up so I could get on with my day. A gentleman named Alex Dawe came out right away and said it shouldn’t be a problem. Even though they were busy, he could have easily told me to come back later or find someone else. Instead, Alex did exactly what he said he would—he got the window up quickly and explained what the real issue was so I could take care of it once I got home. He was kind, friendly, and attentive. What started as a nightmare of a day turned into a genuine relief thanks to him. I highly recommend their service and hope Alex is recognized for his excellent work. Thank you. -Garrett More
