Woman changes mind, dealership Originally bought a used Pontiac Torrent from O'Regans on Kempt. Loved it until was rearended and car totalled. Back I went to O'Regan's for another Originally bought a used Pontiac Torrent from O'Regans on Kempt. Loved it until was rearended and car totalled. Back I went to O'Regan's for another car. Picked out one that felt big and safe. Realized 2 days later was too big and that I had made a mistake and chose the wrong car for me. Had online chat with O'Regans who told me about "7 day buyer remorse" program. What a relief!! Picked a better car online from the Dartmouth website. The online chat person got hold of Rob Drohan (my salesman in Halifax) and passed the information along to him. The car I chose was not yet ready for sale as was a new trade in to O'Regans, and had to be transferred from Dartmouth lot to Halifax lot. It was now Friday, and Rob called me personally at least 4 times to give me updates on how the car was coming along, and when it arrived on the Halifax lot he called me immediately. I rushed over, test drove, and loved it. Rob was excellent in getting the paperwork all in order for me, and on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend too!!! He seemed to genuinely care that I was happy with the car I chose. And I am. This amazing experience has made me an O'Regan's customer for life.
