I have a 2021 Hyundai Venue that just stopped turning on, I scheduled maintenance and left the car at the dealership. After they identified the problem, they called me to inform me that it was the equipment I scheduled maintenance and left the car at the dealership. After they identified the problem, they called me to inform me that it was the equipment that started the car and that they didn't have another one to change (there are no spare parts in the entire province!). Because I depend on the car to work on and the timing for the repair is uncertain the dealership kindly arranges for another car until the problem with my car is resolved. After about two weeks I received a call from the dealership confirming that my car was ready to be picked up. Congratulations Hyundai Dartmouth of O'Regan excellent customer service!! This is the attention we expect when choosing a dealership to buy a new car! More
