We walked in at 8:10pm and were setup with Jeff Black! We knew we wanted to buy a car and that's exactly what Jeff helped us with! Jeff, Jason and Pat stayed until 10:30pm 1.5 hours after closing to help us finalize the deal. Jeff had nothing but our best interest at heart after discussing with him what we were looking to pay and features we were looking for he helped us find it. Jeff and Jason worked out a price that we were happy with and Pat in the business office explained everything regarding the paperwork. Pat didn't try to upsell any products but helped us make undercoating and permashine work. I got a somewhat lower price on a trade in than I wanted.....but that is par for the course at any dealership....I appreciated not having to sell the trade-in on my own...plus when you factor in what you save on HST...you come closer to what you would likely get selling privately since the price they give you for the trade-in is deducted from the final price...consequently there is a lower HST charge. I had a few Hiccups happen during the transition of buying my car. They made everything work. They worked with me to get behind the wheel of my car. They went so far as to even help with my car rental with Oregan's rental service. So big shout out over to them in Halifax off of Kempt road. Fadi was my sales guy and he was a huge help and getting the sale of, along with Steve from finance. You have a wonderful team and they were extremely helpful in this very trying time when I lost my car due to a fire. Thanks guys and a very Merry Christmas!!! More
