Very positive reaction to our concerns We have just traded our 2011 Santa Fe for a 2015 Santa Fe. We looked at several models and chose a 2015 Santa Fe SE with the 2.0T engine. The car wa We have just traded our 2011 Santa Fe for a 2015 Santa Fe. We looked at several models and chose a 2015 Santa Fe SE with the 2.0T engine. The car was very well equipped and we worked a deal with the salesman and the sales manager. We signed the contract and arranged a time for delivery. However, something was just not right. After much discussion, my wife and I reached the conclusion that we were not happy with either the chosen car or the deal. Both involved compromises that bothered us. We returned to the dealership and had a discussion with the sales manager (Steve Faith) and the salesman (Jonathon Plummer). Our message was "wrong car, wrong deal" Their response: "No problem, Whatever we can do to make the deal right, we will do". We changed our selection to a 2015 Santa Fe Limited and named our price. They agreed with both. We signed a new contract, took delivery of the vehicle and drive off. We were very happy with the way the dealership reacted to our concerns and accommodated our change of heart. And, by the way, we are very happy with the Santa Fe Limited. More

Jon excelled beyond what I've experienced elsewhere, and even surpassed Fredericton Hyundai (where I purchased my last vehicle). He personally assisted me with a friend's vehicle (owned by Hope For Wildlife) that O'Regan's didn't even sell. He cares about people, not sales. This sort of customer service speaks volumes for O'Regan's. O'Regans also donated $100,000 to the IWK. No other dealership cares more about it's community. Thank you Jon, just for being you. More

I would have given them a 5 Star rating but there was a delay in delivery due to late winter conditions, and if they got a 5 there would be no reason to try harder. More

He showed us a Santa Fe Limited and after test driving this vehicle we settled on it. We had a certain budget to work with and Jon Nolet along with Steve made it all work out. I am very particular and appreciate customer service. I made the huge mistake of going to O'Regans Hyundai Dartmouth last. If I would have gone there first, I would have saved a lot of time! As soon as I pulled on the lot, Jon took notice but didn't rush over and bombard me. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made buying my first car exciting and an awesome experience. As a business owner I know the power of a referral. I know that it is always a great service to offer a client a referral if you are confident that they would treat your client the same way as you do. I also know that if you send a client to someone else and they treat your client poorly- it is hard to recover from.
