All of the representatives above were professional, but also family-oriented. Pat and Pam made all efforts to ensure we could drive away the same day, which would have been too long of a process for my two little children to endure; however, they kept my kids entertained and engaged from start to finish. We were all tired when we left the dealership at 10pm that night but Kris and Tiffany were still smiling and never made us feel rushed. My boyfriend was a tough negotiator (and probably a pain in the b*** to be honest!) but Kris remained calm, friendly and answered all our questions.
