They stayed one hour after the normal business hours one evening to ensure we had received the best deal, were happy and got the paperwork done before going home that night. We were all tired when we left the dealership at 10pm that night but Kris and Tiffany were still smiling and never made us feel rushed. My boyfriend was a tough negotiator (and probably a pain in the b*** to be honest!) but Kris remained calm, friendly and answered all our questions. Excellent Sales Experience My wife and I had no particular brand in mind when we began touring the local dealerships for a new car to accommodate our soon to be larger family. My wife and I had no particular brand in mind when we began touring the local dealerships for a new car to accommodate our soon to be larger family. We checked out Toyota, Kia, Mazda, Ford and finally landing at O'Reagan's Hyundai in Dartmouth, were treated to pleasant, personal attention by Jon Nolet. He was knowledgeable about the products, but never gave off the vibe that he was regurgitating brochure bullet points like some other sales reps we dealt with that day (I'm looking at you, Toyota!). Most importantly, Jon seemed genuinely interested in making sure we left happy, with the best vehicle for our needs. Once we decided to buy the financing stage was also easy thanks to the equally capable and pleasant Tiffany Helm. Tiffany answered all of our questions and streamlined all of the tedium of dealing with the bank. Overall, the team we dealt with made what is always generally a stressful, humbling process and made it simple. I would easily recommend them to others. More
