Service was the worst I have ever encountered. I had my 2021 BMW serviced May 24 and was told that my 3 year maintenance package had expired and it would cost $1,000 for service. When I got home I I had my 2021 BMW serviced May 24 and was told that my 3 year maintenance package had expired and it would cost $1,000 for service. When I got home I googled and found out that 2021 BMWs had a 4 year free maintenance package. I emailed O'Regan's and was told the service manager was on vacation. I did not get a refund until Aug2 and I only got the refund without the help of my salesman Kevin, who is a five star person. After the $1,000 service my car says it needs an oil change and a software update,. So every time I start the car I have to turn off the messages. As far as I am concerned Kevin is the only one at that place that cares. Every body else doesn't care or is trying to upsell you More
