The sales department is good. We did have an issue with the service department today. We had an appointment for 10am. The vehicle was dropped off for 10am. Repairs were made under warranty without any communication or updates throughout the day.. I phoned from work for an update at 4;30pm. Nobody returned my call. I understand it’s busy. But why schedule so many vehicles at the same time? What is the purpose of an appointment? More
