Just bad I wish there was an option to give zero or negative stars. Just bad. Took my truck in for a oil and service. Got the call it was ready. Showed up to service area, waited around for an hour for someone to show up to the desk. Advisor wouldn’t answer phone. After being told by serveral employees I needed to talk to someone else, I finally found someone who could help. I asked how come my truck wasn’t cleaned as I could see it in the parking lot. I was told that the drive through wash was broken so they couldn’t clean it but it was part of the package so I had to pay for it. After trying to explain to the woman at the service desk that I didn’t care that my truck wasn’t going to be washed, I just didn’t want to pay for a service I wasn’t going to be receiving she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. She checked with the manager and said he was busy and he would be another 10 minutes (while I had already been there for 3 hours for an oil change). The manager then stuck his head out of his office door without acknowledging me and said to an employee “just spray it down with a hose” right in front of me and then shut his door again. At that point I realized I had lost and said to the woman at the service desk “I’ll do whatever I need to do to get my keys back so I can go”. I paid for the service I didn’t receive and left in disbelief. I have only ever owned GM trucks and due to this experience I don’t think I’ll ever go back there or own another GM vehicle again. More

Damages your car while in service Had our volt serviced for heating problems, the car was in their possession for 4 days. Upon picking up the vehicle it was clearly apparent that that Had our volt serviced for heating problems, the car was in their possession for 4 days. Upon picking up the vehicle it was clearly apparent that that our car was hoisted incorrectly causing severe damage to our rocker panel, we told the them and wouldn’t take responsibility for their actions. Upon going over the car another time we found that they scratched our front bumper, along with a couple dents as well like someone dropped a tool on it. The car had more damage on it in 4 days then it did through the 3 1/2 years of ownership, sad. They do not take care of your vehicle while in service, would not recommend bringing your vehicle here if you care about your car like the way we do. More
Poor Service Made an appointment to get snow tires on my vehicle. Appointment was for noon took them four and a half hours! Disappointed in service Until this point I have been very satisfied with the purchase of my brand new Chevy Equinox 3 years ago. Initially when I got the car I was having iss Until this point I have been very satisfied with the purchase of my brand new Chevy Equinox 3 years ago. Initially when I got the car I was having issues with the display screen (radio, Bluetooth, back up camera) and they brought it in ordered the part but then didn't end up fixing it because it was working again. Since then I have had the same problem but every time I want to take it in it begins to work again. So recently it's becoming more frequent so I called to make a service appointment and was told "even though I have one of the best extended warranties. I will have to pay a $90/hr diagnostic fee to see if the components are even covered" My vehicle is only 3 years old and I have had continuous problems with things on the car and I have always brought it to the dealership to have things fixed and my regular car maintenance. I will now no longer bring my car into Chevy Nurse for anything! This is a disappointment since all of my vehicles have been GM since I got my license. I however will not be purchasing another GM vehicle after this Equinox has run its course. More
Nothing but issues after service I have had nothing but problems with this dealership and the service manger Steve good is truly not one to stand behind any of there work had a oil ch I have had nothing but problems with this dealership and the service manger Steve good is truly not one to stand behind any of there work had a oil change less then 40km my timming messed up of course of of warranty was give a good will 25% off repair still was over $3500 less then 6 mths later while I got a oil change it was pointed out my rear seal leaking went back and told me until they look at it I may be on the hook for re & re 700 plus parts and labour not covered I felt I had to drive away and watch my oil. Not even a year later I am now come to find out that bolts are lost and loose on my transmission to engine and the vibrations I am having are my torque converter locking up and stuttering bad as well as my drive line all the bolts were backing up whipping grease all on the underside of my vehicle another mechanic had to tighten them up I'm fighting with GM Canada because I dont feel confident going back to nurse and having them touch my vehicle at any cost they cut too many corners I feel they put the safety of me my family and anybody else that gets in my vehicle at risk bolts removed should have locktight on them to prevent coming out More
5 viists, no sucessful repairs I have been to this dealership 5 times for recall issues and other problems. they have never successfully dealt with the problems. I had to rent a car for the day for them to fix it, then they didn't do any work. Their only concern was that I give them a good online rating. I spoke with the service manager, Steve Good, regarding my concerns, he was quite rude and told me he "saw no reason to do any more business with you". More

Great Service and Fast I love the shuttle service to and from work that they provide. They offered an option to clear my headlight lenses which were totally oxidized and no I love the shuttle service to and from work that they provide. They offered an option to clear my headlight lenses which were totally oxidized and now they are as good as new...I never knew this could be done. Thank you for the suggestion. More
