When I bought the truck I got the ultimate wrap vehicle warranty. first time something goes wrong I bring it in they say it's covered. assuming I just have to pay the deductible come back 2 days later to pick up my truck and get slapped with a 650$ bill for labour and shop parts and a list of things that went wrong that I needed to pay for xxxxty experience would never go back or recommend More

Why Nott trust nott brought two vehicles from Nott Autocorp. A 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe and a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. The buying experience was great. So good the first time I brought two vehicles from Nott Autocorp. A 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe and a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. The buying experience was great. So good the first time I did it again! Sadly the honeymoon ended sooner then it should have... Shortly after buying the Santa Fe the radio began to short out on us. Whenever it felt like it, it would turn on or off or adjust the volume all on its own. Thank god we brought the extended warrenty! NOTT! We took it to Jordan the service manager at the time to get it repaired. No calls a week later about when it would be done. Go back to pick up my vehicle to find out he ordered the wrong part and we will have to bring it back again in a couple days to complete the repair. Head back a couple days and leave the vehicle with him for the repair saying ill be back in a couple weeks to pick it up as I work out of town. Only to return to find the vehicle not finished... going to have to wait an hour before it will be ready. If only that was the end of it. The service team scratched my console to xxxx around where the radio was to get it out... Which did end up getting fixed at the cost of another day without the vehicle a couple weeks later. How could it get better then this? My Gmc starts having an error popping up every couple of minutes for the built in trailer brake. Not uncommon for this type of vehicle apparently but what the xxxx lets give NOTT one more chance i brought the "bumper to bumper" warrenty for $3500. Only to find out not only does the warrenty not cover the trailer brake there going to give me a bill for an hour of there time for plugging there computer into my truck and finding nothing. There suggestion was "Just disconnect it you wont use it anyways" and if theres any further problems take it to a gm dealership. After everything is said and done the GMC cost me an additional $473.60. For work that was not covered under there "Bumper to Bumper" warrenty. When bringing the bill into the new service manager was kindly told theres no such thing as a bumper to bumper warrenty and to always make sure to read something before you sign it. Wouldnt you know they put right on the contract any verbally communicated offers are not valid. So when someone sells you a warrenty declaring its "bumper to bumper" WHY NOTT TRUST NOTT? There honest and upfront right? The service team for two of my oil changes couldnt even put the correct oil in my truck... More

So I went there at 8:20am for this appoitment and they told me they can't give me a car for today. 3 appoitments, nothing done More
