Wheel alignment I have a 2015 Dodge Challenger & it needed a wheel alignment, I asked the service team & they laughed at me & said Chrysler will not cover it so they I have a 2015 Dodge Challenger & it needed a wheel alignment, I asked the service team & they laughed at me & said Chrysler will not cover it so they can't help me. They lied right to my face!!! I called Chrysler Canada & they said they reimburse any cost for the wheel alignment. Suggested I go to the dealer in Hawesbury! Lol I have ALS & have a hard time getting around. They have no class or pity whatsoever! They're a bunch of clowns running that side show down there!!! What a joke & Chrysler should pull there dealership & put them all outta work!!! They suck!!! More

This is the second vehicle I bought from them the first one I had no issue with, but traded it in for the newer model. Dealing with different people now. Unhappy with service after sale!!!! People beware! Here is what bother me the most, this guy call me and tell me to bring it in for repair, and that he made this grand gesture, because he contacted Chrysler and arranged for the repair. First of all "sir" that is your job, second I just want what was promised, and third, he expect me to be so grateful to him. More
