To my surprise, I received a callback within 30 minutes, after some preliminary discussions, we drove the 55 km to Northway to view the vehicle and discuss pricing. Ashley was very helpful in going over the options we had, and with her assistance was able to make a deal. She made you feel like she was working for you! My only recommendation would be that after making the sale, it would be in the best interest of the dealership if the new car owner was taken and introduced to the service manager in order to establish an initial relationship. I would recommend both Ashley & Northway for a positive car buying experience. More
