Fast and Friendly I went into the dealership just to look and ended up driving home the perfect truck just a day later. Dave was not there for the day i took delivery, but Elise filled in flawlessly. The truck being used only need minor things and Al was quick to get parts and set me up with a service appointment. The receptionist was 100% enthusiastic for me and put me on to Chris Birley. They went above and beyond to welcome me...without being pushy. I saw the Escape...it was OK ....he asked what features would make it "great" for me....and showed me a second one on the lot.
