Extreamly helpful for a first time buyer My experience from Northway Ford is one worth writing about. I have never wrote a review before, however based on my experience it was necessary. I came in to purchase my first NEW Car, had lots of questions and was very overwhelmed with the process. The sales staff were not pushy like at other dealerships however took the time to actually HELP me with what I wanted, not stopping until everything was perfect (yes this included 10+ test drives!) Next step, finance. Elise really took the time to explaine to me all my options and put up with all my questions, never once making me feel as if I was rushed (or that my questions were rediculous...Because They were). The whole process was seamless from start to finish and very efficient. I am now the owner of my first very new car from Northway Ford and I know it would not have been as positive of an experience if it was not for Elise and Chris. Thanks again guys! More

However, when it came time to purchase the truck I was extremely disappointed with Elise Bradford's behaviour. She made me feel rushed and like I was an inconvenience to her. I didn't get to ask questions or add on extra items (like extended warranties, etc.). I recommend asking for a different business manager when it comes time to purchase. More
