Went to the dealership, salesperson sent us on a test drive and then told after told us the vehicle was rebuilt. Then I asked if the would fix the windshield which had a crack along the entire sightline drive and then told after told us the vehicle was rebuilt. I asked if that made a differemce in the cost of insurance, they said no. Then they said they could sell me the car that was listed and I would have to pay $699 for window etching, so that they could give me $5000 if the car was written off again. They printed the total off on 3 sheets of colored paper and presented me my deal, I walked out I was so shocked. One google search and I found out this is common practice and not ethical. More
This morning I took my Palisade to Northstar Hyundai for a couple of recalls. The gas tank was full when I left house. After driving 30 km to the dealer the gas gauge showed 620 km. After I picked up the car at noon, gas light went on shortly and the gas gauge showed 50 km left. I returned immediately to the dealer, reported the problem and asked them to check for a gas leak. The car was checked immediately and no leak was found, but the tank was filled with $50 worth of gas. When probed, the service manager could not offer any explanation on why the gas disappeared. To reassure me, I was told the mechanic who worked on my car drives a diesel car, which means he was not interested in stealing my gas. Nobody could offer a credible explanation, nobody was interested in investigating more. More

Compared to my Mercedes service charges, it feels like I'm a charity case or something. It's really weird. Every time I leave there I'm confused. I know they are doing work on the car because they send videos of the whole thing. If it weren't for that I would suspect they just take it for a joy ride and bring it back 30 minutes later. But they are actually doing work! It's just great. I'm not sure if it's like that for ICE cars but the EV experience is unbelievable. More

Made every attempt to get their highest dollar for the new car, but was perfectly willing to negotiate from the invoice price to what would work for me. I did not expect the world, but I don't feel like I was taken advantage of from what I expected for the value of my new vehicle. Would shop here again! I can't give a perfect review because I feel there was still some compromise to be made on the price of the car but I don't feel exploited. More

Should have said no but still went through and bought a vehicle…big mistake! The salesman “accidentally” text me instead of someone else complaining about how he had to drive to deliver the vehicle, didn’t even fill up the tank before dropping it off. The vehicle was not clean on the inside to the point there was hair and crumbs in the hidden storage compartment behind the screen as well as the key fob covered in grease, which I also had to put a new battery in 3 days after getting it. I didn’t even own my vehicle 30 days and already had to get it towed to get it into the shop cause the starter went in it! I paid a different dealership to do the work along with an inspection and oil change as I do not trust their work or believe in anything they say. If I would have known how useless, rude and unhelpful they we’re going to be I would have spent $65,000 elsewhere! A heads up for people looking for a good dealership and good service this is not the place you want to buy from! More

Bought a new 2021 Kona in June. Sale and financing was quick and smooth. No complaints until I picked up my car a few days after (needed to be detailed) and I found a nick/flaw in the paint on one of t quick and smooth. When I picked up the car they had other vehicles parked super close on either side so was impossible to get a good look at anything. Returned to the dealership and spoke with Manny the sales manager. He took a look/pictures and then gave me his card and rushed me out of the showroom and told me to contact him the next day to arrange for their techs to examine it and try to buff it out, and then we could proceed from there. Called and left a bunch if messages, emailed Manny and my salesman Jason a couple of times and no reply. Once they have your money, they have no time for you and don't care. Got a very slimy vibe from Manny. Do not trust and would not recommend others to deal with this dealership. Love my Kona (paint defect and all), but give 0/5 for post-sale customer service and response to issues with a brand new car. More
