If I could give this dealership a negative review I would! First it took me 3 phone calls and at least 6 online inquiries to get in touch with someone, once I did said they would get back to me about s would! First it took me 3 phone calls and at least 6 online inquiries to get in touch with someone, once I did said they would get back to me about something and didn’t, finally talked to a sales manager and he was rude! Should have said no but still went through and bought a vehicle…big mistake! The salesman “accidentally” text me instead of someone else complaining about how he had to drive to deliver the vehicle, didn’t even fill up the tank before dropping it off. The vehicle was not clean on the inside to the point there was hair and crumbs in the hidden storage compartment behind the screen as well as the key fob covered in grease, which I also had to put a new battery in 3 days after getting it. I didn’t even own my vehicle 30 days and already had to get it towed to get it into the shop cause the starter went in it! I paid a different dealership to do the work along with an inspection and oil change as I do not trust their work or believe in anything they say. If I would have known how useless, rude and unhelpful they we’re going to be I would have spent $65,000 elsewhere! A heads up for people looking for a good dealership and good service this is not the place you want to buy from! More

Bought a new 2021 Kona in June. Sale and financing was quick and smooth. No complaints until I picked up my car a few days after (needed to be detailed) and I found a nick/flaw in the paint on one of t quick and smooth. No complaints until I picked up my car a few days after (needed to be detailed) and I found a nick/flaw in the paint on one of the rear doors right after driving it off the lot. When I picked up the car they had other vehicles parked super close on either side so was impossible to get a good look at anything. Returned to the dealership and spoke with Manny the sales manager. He took a look/pictures and then gave me his card and rushed me out of the showroom and told me to contact him the next day to arrange for their techs to examine it and try to buff it out, and then we could proceed from there. Called and left a bunch if messages, emailed Manny and my salesman Jason a couple of times and no reply. Once they have your money, they have no time for you and don't care. Got a very slimy vibe from Manny. Do not trust and would not recommend others to deal with this dealership. Love my Kona (paint defect and all), but give 0/5 for post-sale customer service and response to issues with a brand new car. More
I’m not one to leave reviews but this dealership has screwed me over so many times I can hopefully save it from happening to someone else. I bought a car for $32,000 from these xxxxxxxx in April 2021, I screwed me over so many times I can hopefully save it from happening to someone else. I bought a car for $32,000 from these xxxxxxxx in April 2021, I was 20, a nursing student and definitely couldn’t afford it. The finance manager, Michael, upsold me on a $2000 platinum warranty that had tire coverage-if I had a flat they were supposed to repair it for free. Every time I came in with tires that needed repair, I was told my warranty didn’t cover the tires. Last winter I was super broke and I tried everything to help my financial situation, I was working long hours on top of doing nursing school, asked the bank for delayed payments and contacted multiple dealerships to try to get the value back for my car, cara depreciate as soon as you drive them off the lot, I get that. I eventually gave up and was really struggling when I brought my car in for an oil change. The customer service manager approached me about how I had tried to resell my car and asked if I needed help. He said he could help me and had said he would trade in my Kona for a cheap, older Elantra where I would have manageable payments. I was an absolute disaster and was crying because I was in such a bad financial spot, rather than doing as promised they showed me a 2021 Elantra and said they would sell me that car with lowered payments to “help me out“. I was so upset and thought it was my only option so I took it. My payments went from $270 biweekly to $212 biweekly in a $20000 car with a $32000 6 year loan. I needed the money so bad I took it. While I was in the finance office Michael, asked if I wanted my $2000 platinum warranty moved over to the new car, I initially said no as to do so would cost an extra $6 a month. That’s not a lot of money but I was sitting there sobbing because I couldn’t afford anything at the time and didn’t want to waste the $2000 I initially paid. He told me ”if you were my child I would tell you to take it”. I took the warranty under the impression that it was moving the platinum warranty including tire protection over to my new car. Today I went in to get a flat repaired, I was told I did not have tire warranty and would need to speak to the finance manager. Michael approached me with a piece of paper checking off things we had apparently discussed when I traded my car in for the lowered payments, on it it was checked off that I had declined tire protection. I tried to stand my case and explain that I had thought that by paying that $6 extra a month my entire platinum warranty (that I’m paying off in my $32000 loan) would be transferred to my new car. NOPE. I walked out and didn’t let them work on my car. I work xxxx hard for my money and I’m beyond upset this dealership took advantage of a young woman in desperate financial need and xxxxed me over at least 3 times. Don’t give these xxxxxxxx your hard earned money, don’t buy their useless xxxxing warranty that doesn’t cover anything if you actually read the fine print. I will never EVER be buying a vehicle from a dealership again and I am incredibly appalled by the lack of humanity displayed by these people. More
