Great service again I had another positive encounter with my service advisor again. I enjoy working with Cassandra since I have been taking my F350 to Northstar for 2 ye I had another positive encounter with my service advisor again. I enjoy working with Cassandra since I have been taking my F350 to Northstar for 2 years now. No issues and no surprises, which is very nice. I was able to get my truck in quickly and it was ready fairly soon. We'll see you again next service time! More

drop and pickup I have heard from your staff that it is very important to them that I write a review. I called in my service appointment and dropped off after hours I have heard from your staff that it is very important to them that I write a review. I called in my service appointment and dropped off after hours and picked up from the pickup window. I did not speak directly to a sales person in person. I simply made an appointment and the work was done. I get over 100 emails a day and many go unanswered. unfortunately this type of email is one I rarely have time to respond to so if I choose to ignore due to other priorities and if in fact that reflects negatively on my sales person that is poor choice on the part of Ford management. My only feedback at this time is that the cost you are charging for a Nav card that failed and rendered my sync system useless for several days is bordering at theft rates. an online search indicated there is a problem and many dealers will comp the nav card. You chose not to so I will order one online for 20% of the grossly inflated price you offered me. Last year I mandated Ford trucks for our staff and service groups at Compass. I will be watching to see how things are handled on the Service side going forward across the province. I had little interaction with sales person other than the one call which was brief. Folks I deal with always seem helpful. More
