Fast and very friendly service! My appointment was November 1st, just as the snow was hitting Calgary. Firstly, I didn't expect to be able to bring my vehicle in so quickly however My appointment was November 1st, just as the snow was hitting Calgary. Firstly, I didn't expect to be able to bring my vehicle in so quickly however the extended service hours beginning at 6am are a great help! Secondly, Cassandra was incredibly friendly and helpful that early in the morning! She got my workorder all lined up and then even checked the treadlife of the tires coming off my vehicle to assure me of what to expect for summer driving of 2018. I will recommend Northstar and especially Cassandra to my friends! More

Great service but the shuttle service is to be desired I always end up taking transit when I bring my car into Northstar Ford because their shuttle service is never available. It's difficult to manage havi I always end up taking transit when I bring my car into Northstar Ford because their shuttle service is never available. It's difficult to manage having my car serviced into my day, because I always spent at least an hour commuting to the dealership, waiting to drop it off, and then taking transit. Not to mention picking up at the end of the night. I wish this dealer had more reliable shuttle service. More

New vehicle sale. Nicole M.(Sales) and Mike I(Finance Manager) were awesome and gave excellent service! Northstar Ford is on the opposite side of town for me. They had Nicole M.(Sales) and Mike I(Finance Manager) were awesome and gave excellent service! Northstar Ford is on the opposite side of town for me. They had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and was in and out with a quick visit. Pick up and going through the new car set up was completed by Francis and he was awesome also! More
