Double Check Everything They Do The last few times I've had my car serviced at this dealership, there have been signs that the work hasn't been done. First, a day after an oil change The last few times I've had my car serviced at this dealership, there have been signs that the work hasn't been done. First, a day after an oil change, the warning light came on to say I needed an oil change. I went back and they swore up and down that the service was done. Last time, I took it in for its paint and leather inspections. They said this was done, but my car was need even rinsed off. How can they inspect the paint without actually looking at the paint, I asked. Again, they swear the work was done. I just don't believe them. More

Great service but the shuttle service is to be desired I always end up taking transit when I bring my car into Northstar Ford because their shuttle service is never available. It's difficult to manage having my car serviced into my day, because I always spent at least an hour commuting to the dealership, waiting to drop it off, and then taking transit. Not to mention picking up at the end of the night. I wish this dealer had more reliable shuttle service. More
