Excellent service I had a problem with the engine light coming on in my F350 I took it to Northstar on a Saturday and Cassandra had my truck looked at for me. Overall experience was good. Involved minor body work & Warr I took in my car for minor body work. The scheduling was excellent. However, after the body work was complete a problem occurred with a module control I took in my car for minor body work. The scheduling was excellent. However, after the body work was complete a problem occurred with a module controlling some features. This was only discovered after I returned home with the car. I took the car back. The problem was analysed and determined to be a module that needed to be shipped from Ontario. The dealership quickly determined the schedule and being approx. a week provided a rental for my use. Once again the scheduling a excellent and the work performed solved the issue. This is my 5th car purchased from Northstar Ford. I give them repeat business for two reasons....the vehicles I bought were excellent as was the service I experienced. More
