Rear Brakes Caliper Siezed Did some warranty work and tech ended up installing one of the rear pads backwards, metal plate towards rotor. Told service rep something was wrong Did some warranty work and tech ended up installing one of the rear pads backwards, metal plate towards rotor. Told service rep something was wrong and they insisted my Caliper was seized. I told the service rep that the calipers were not siezed and it was an error made by the tech on the pad install. After talking with the Damian Banick, he understood my frustration and replaced the rotors and pads. I am glad that the Service Center was able to realize their error and accept responsibility. More

Worst service I’ve had. The service advisor that I first chatted with when bringing my vehicle in was very rude and not helpful at all. I was promised items to be done and it The service advisor that I first chatted with when bringing my vehicle in was very rude and not helpful at all. I was promised items to be done and it did not happen yet I was charged for it. When I brought up the complaint I was told they would cut the cost in half yet they still didn’t do the promised work and had to pay because of excuses. This not the first time I have had a bad experience at NorthStar, it has been every time. I will not be purchasing a ford again due to the experience I have had here. I will not ever be back to this dealership. I have own all the major brands and have had great experiences with the others. This is a service industry and the level of expertise I received was rediculous. The mechanic’s comments for what might be wrong with my vehicle were very vague and did not go into any detail. The worst place to bring your vehicle. I will share my experience with everyone I know and will be adding my review to the google review. Horrible!! More
