Staff are great - I miss Honda The staff are very friendly and seem knowledgable. Service is quick. I'm not really sure why it costs $200 just to see what's wrong with a vehicle. I'm happy to know it was not a big deal, but seems overly expensive. Also got a quote for hinges on the rear glass of my Escape. It came in at more than 4x what I can get the same parts for online (even before the cost of installation). Sure, we expect parts to cost more from the dealer, but wow. I miss Honda service. They always washed my Odyssey. Would be nice if Ford would too. It's good for them to have gleaming vehicles coming off their lot and it makes customers feel good driving off that way. More

Service Centre That Doesn't Actually Fix Cars Brought my car in for a leaking tires (not punctured) and tearing sound in the wheel. They couldn't have cared less about the tires that were leaking Brought my car in for a leaking tires (not punctured) and tearing sound in the wheel. They couldn't have cared less about the tires that were leaking and that they actually had to fill up less than 24 hours after I filled them myself. The techs said they could hear the issued but did not know what it was then replaced a defective CV. The car still makes the same noises and the tires leak. Also found that they did not tighten all the bolts back up on my suspension which I'm really worried about because it could've been catastrophic. More
