He facilitated on both the used and new vehicle side as I bought one of each. He was in constant contact with me during the entire process and went out of his way to try and make my experience as good as possible. Unfortunately, not everyone at Northstar Calgary is as good as Brian. The F-150 Lariat that I put a deposit down on was not in their inventory and was sold by the other dealership. Luckily they were able to locate an identical F-150, but only after 10 days and no contact with me. All told, it took over two weeks from the time I put my deposit down until the time I drove off the lot with the truck. More

Surprisingly easy My car had reached the end of its life, I needed a new one immediately but I didn't think I could afford it.
