Service Above The staff where great and easy to deal with. I had many problems with my company vehicle. I had taken the vehicle to two other Ford dealerships and th The staff where great and easy to deal with. I had many problems with my company vehicle. I had taken the vehicle to two other Ford dealerships and they brushed off my concerns. I brought the vehicle here to Northstar and they took the extra step to really look at the vehicle. They looked at the recalls on it, and determined how bad the problem really was. They took the service even further and fought to get my vehicle done (even with a part back ordered until April 2016). They some how managed to complete the work and the part needed in with in two weeks. This also was all in December just before the holidays. Then in the beginning of January, had a separate issue happen to the transmission. They again took it a step above to get this all done and replace with in a week. The entire time of my vehicle being in the shop both times, they took the time to call me to update me through the process so I was not left wondering how it was progressing. My only concern is they do not offer towing, or shuttle service outside of the NW area and this was a minor inconvenience for people who work downtown. However I would highly recommend Northstar Ford and the service center to anyone who asks. More
