Excellent Experience Early January 2016, I was in need of a new vehicle, so my girlfriend and I did some research online and decided that a Ford Escape would be a good cho Early January 2016, I was in need of a new vehicle, so my girlfriend and I did some research online and decided that a Ford Escape would be a good choice of SUV for us(due to quality and price). We went to our nearest Ford dealership(Crowfoot) to take a look and we were met as we walked in by Maveen Kaura. Maveen right away gave off a great, non-pushy, yet helpful vibe and we knew we were in good hands. Maveen asked us what WE wanted/needed and wanted to know exactly what WE were looking for. My girlfriend and I knew more or less the type of SUV we wanted and Maveen helped us figure out the best, most affordable way to get it! I truly appreciate the fact Maveen did not try to talk us into something we didn't want/need or try to talk us into a more expensive type of vehicle, he really listened to our wants and did his best to find exactly what we wanted. We were very impressed with his thoroughness and patience while showing us the Ford Escape's and he was able to find us EXACTLY what we wanted. I am happy to say that we found a vehicle that night and received it within a few days. Maveen got the vehicle there fast and got the auto start and undercoat etc on ASAP as he knew I was in a rented car and wanted to get rid of that extra cost ASAP. Overall we are both very happy with the service(and vehicle) we received at Northstar Ford! We highly recommend Maveen Kaura if you want a knowledgeable, patient, honest and friendly sales person. More
