Took my raptor in for the works, called me to tell me my oil cooler w Like any dealer, it's a great shop if your warranty is paying for everything. Took my raptor in for the works, called me to tell me my oil cooler was leaking and under warranty, and my shock was leaking and would be 1500 to fix it. The 1 inch light on the front grill was quoted at 189 dollars to fix, I shake thinking how much the oil cooler + $155/hr shop time would have cost. Overall they did good work, I can't complain. 90 bucks for an oil change/tire rotation/full inspection is a good deal. Would have been 3 stars but they gave me a free coffee and some dude said my truck looked nice so that's pretty much par for the course right there. More

Addressed my issue in a dedicated manner My visit to the dealership was for a very obscure noise coming from my dash area. I expected to have to repeat this visit multiple times with the ser My visit to the dealership was for a very obscure noise coming from my dash area. I expected to have to repeat this visit multiple times with the service desk giving me limited concern and the technicians not really trying to fix my issue. To my delight I was wrong on all counts. Lynn was very good about documenting my very specific set of variables needed to reproduce the issue and left me feeling that she cared about getting my vehicle fixed right. Next the service technicians found and fixed my issue on the first try. Feedback on the repairs was provided and the pick up was fast and easy. End to end the process was what I hoped for and was better than what I had expected. My only undesirable reflection is that like every other service center out there services that are not required are recommended or documented as 'due' as prescribed by a profit schedule rather than the specific warranty requirements of the vehicle. I HATE this with a passion and can say that Lynn offered the information that she was required and understood by my feedback that I was not interested in pursuing anything additional at this time. More

Oil Change Excellent Service! I took my Ford Escape in for an oil change and was greeted by Lynn Edwards. She was very friendly and efficient and took me in Excellent Service! I came back after an hour and half and she was right there with the paperwork ready for me to sign and pay. She even went and brought my vehicle around from the back for me. I am very happy with the service that Lynn and Ford provided. I know I had previously dealt with another gentlemen who was rude and uncooperative and wouldn't help unload my winter tires for me as it was almost time for him to leave! Really? Is this not your job? This really made me question whether I would come back to your location. However, Lynn is awesome and I was very pleased with your service this visit. More

They also repaired a transfer case leak and repaired an electronic module in the transmission (warranty) that I was unaware of. Great work. More
