Don't listen to the customer When I brought my truck in to get some repairs done I asked them to do everything that needs to be done to the truck and go over it completely. I told him that my rear defogger did not work and my light in front was out, they did not fix my rear defogger and they did not replace my lightbulb. They did not check the wear off my brakes shoes. I am very disappointed in your service department my time is valuable and my truck was left overnight to get all these repairs done. More

enthusiastic personnel I have always found North Star Ford to be a good service department, the staff are always helpful and genuinely concerned that my service needs are me I have always found North Star Ford to be a good service department, the staff are always helpful and genuinely concerned that my service needs are met. Everyone is friendly, my problem is that its hard to find a good day for me to get my car serviced as I work 9-5:30 and work in the south so I can't use the courtesy van, I have to ask my son in law to go far out of his way. If there were longer hours on a saturday that would help. I am a nurse and have worked many a saturday and sunday and many a christmas day so i have little sympathy for someone that doesn't want to work weekends, sorry for the rant i've been working on that one for years More
