We bought it at Northstar and it's great that we can take it there for repairs. Staff were really friendly and the repairs were made after one week and performed to a high quality. Only two reasons keeping this from a 5 star review: - waiting on a part so we will have to the the vehicle back, but that is likely Ford Canada's issue and not Northstar's. - the side skirts on our the Focus are pulling away from the body so we asked that they be repaired while the vehicle is there but they were not. We were told its a manufacturer's defect. We were not satisfied with that answer since the vehicle is under warranty so we will have to take it back for that too. More
