They always keep my car in top running shape and DON'T recommend unnecessary work! I can't stress how important this is to me. I am confident that I can trust them and have always been given great advice and service. My last visit was Monday March 14th and want to say a special thanks to Scott Lepsenyi (service tech) and Jim (shuttle driver) for going above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience yesterday. Great service department/Terrible Sales Department I always bring my Ford Taurus to Ford to be serviced. They always do a good job and great value for money. However, stay away from the sales departmen I always bring my Ford Taurus to Ford to be serviced. They always do a good job and great value for money. However, stay away from the sales department for a trade in. Doesn't seem to matter to them that they have seen the car from new, they will still try to rip you off with their trade in valuation. I called to other garages after their appraisal and was offered thousands more by each of them. Obviously loyalty to Northstar Ford does not mean loyalty back! I won't be back. More
