Standard maintenance Once again I was so happy with my service at Northstar. Brought my Explorer in for the 3rd time for oil change/maintenance and also to have Fog Lam Once again I was so happy with my service at Northstar. Brought my Explorer in for the 3rd time for oil change/maintenance and also to have Fog Lamp replaced. My vehicle was totally finished about 5 mins prior to the estimated time and the work was complete. As always, everyone was friendly. Even had an awesome chat with our sales gal - Marie - who remembered both my name and my husbands name and what we purchased. That is AWESOME! More

Little disappointed in the undercoating repair. Check in was swift and professional, light/battery check carried out. Scott was great had a rental lined up for me and Enterprise was there quickly. Was givend an up date at 15:00 regarding the rear wheel well undercoating that I had asked to have looked at, truck would need to say over night not a problem. Called the next day at 15:00 to see if it was ready got voice mail at Scott's extension but someone called back shortly and said it was ready. Went in to gather the paperwork and sign off on the work, here is were i have an issue, one should be able to look at the work accomplished prior to signing off on it, i would have not signed off on the rear wheel well undercoating fix! The original application was nice and neat no over spray on items that don't require undercoating ie shock absorbers, leaf springs etc. The touch up i requested consists of everything in the wheel well being sprayed shocks, springs axle etc. I have to bring the truck back in a few days to have the speedometer replace and i really want the wheel wells cleaned up at that time. The staff is great looked after me with courtesy and professionalism, just the end product was disappointing and i hope it can be made right on my next visit. Regards Scott Daniel More

leak never been fixed Mar 5 - requested to fix leak, replaced coolant hose, etc. still leaking , spent $400-$500. Mar 14 -replaced coolant hose/? spend another $400+ still leaking. paid similar service for nothing. Why it was not fixed the first time? Was the hose/line replaced actually damaged (I guess not)? Why is it still leaking after 2 "repairs", parts replacement, testings and spending so much money? is this actually parts wear and tear or design issue? My brand new purchased F150 is only 3 yrs and 8 months, 47K kms, not ever used to tow or haul, well maintained and already having troubles. Geee... it's slight used. I can say it's showing some parts quality defects as young as it is and will cause more in the future. Reason I ask is that I have an SUV bought brand new from Nissan which is now 11 years old but never had a leak under the hood. same as my 11 year old Honda Accord. Qualification on recommending this service center: response is based on frustration on unresolved leak despite two visits and spending too much money. More

The belly plan on my 2012 - F150 (92000 k) had started to part from my truck on a recent trip in Edmonton. I was disappointed with my truck as it has never been off road or driven in any rough areas ( both drivers - my wife & I are retirees - don't go off road) and the truck had only been serviced at Ford dealers. I had hoped that the work would be covered by my extended warranty or maintenance agreement but it wasn't. More

They always keep my car in top running shape and DON'T recommend unnecessary work! I can't stress how important this is to me. I am confident that I can trust them and have always been given great advice and service. My last visit was Monday March 14th and want to say a special thanks to Scott Lepsenyi (service tech) and Jim (shuttle driver) for going above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience yesterday. And Fiona Rea big thanks for looking after me many times in the past. More
