I asked the services advisor if I can pick up my vehicle early although they only can commit by 5pm, but advisor tried to help me. I got my vehicle by 2:45pm which enable me to pick up kids from school. Thank you! The only issue I had was the communication for booking appointment. I filled out form online requesting a service appointment, shortly I received a email which gives me a few options and ask me to reply with my preferred time. he email also said once I reply the preferred time, they will confirm for me. However, I have not received confirmation a few days after I replied that email, so I called their office, but the lady received my call said she cannot see any information about my appointment, she has to book me in about two weeks. I was disappointed but no choice, so booked a time. one day before the original date I requested in my email, I received a call from them to remind me for service the next day. apparently, there was communication issue here. hopefully they can re-visit their booking protocol and improve that. More

Above and Beyond When I had my regular 6 month inspection & my winter tires on, on Oct 1, it was suggested that I have a warranty inspection because the warranty ran o When I had my regular 6 month inspection & my winter tires on, on Oct 1, it was suggested that I have a warranty inspection because the warranty ran out at the end of the month. I was trying to have my car sorted before knee surgery on the 3rd. The full inspection indicated that the right control arm was faulty and needed correction. This issue was fixed last week at no cost to me. As I couldn't drive, I requested to have it dropped off at my house and Cassandra and the "lot guy" did this as a big favor to me and my husband who was at work. I don't expect "above and beyond" service every time but it sure helped us out during a stressful time. ( I normally take the shuttle and that's great too! ) Thanks to all! More
