service completed but unfriendly/lack of caring i've had my truck serviced at this location multiple times. service advisors are almost always unfriendly, abrupt, and sometimes outright rude. this i've had my truck serviced at this location multiple times. service advisors are almost always unfriendly, abrupt, and sometimes outright rude. this is a consistent feature of my visits to northstar. one time i was scolded like a child for stepping out of my vehicle once i was past the bay doors. on this last visit i had to wait for a girl to stop chewing food before she would talk to me to return my keys. vehicle service is timely, but they consistently leave mud/dirt on the floor of my vehicle. i've had to reposition my battery and circuit covers multiple times as the technicians leave them off to the side. like they say, it's the small things that count... the only reason i keep dropping my vehicle off for service is because it is close to where i live. i take my other vehicle to shaganappi GM and the difference in service is actually astonishing. More
