I lost my trust in Ford dearlerships. Nothing but trouble with my Ford 550 since new and it was a hundred thousand dollars set up with plow and sander all supplied new from Ford. More

Ford Focus was in for a recall. NorthStar Ford in Calgary was very accommodating, doing a recall ahead of Ford scheduled date. Recall confirmed no safety issue. I had asked them to confirm stutter problem on acceleration. They did diagnostics and found a defective throttle body. Replaced it under warranty. Work was done efficiently and Focus is running and accelerating much better now. More
