I always hope to deal with Fiona, and again on this visit she provided the above expected customer service she has become so popular for. Friendly and efficient as always. I brought up a small technology issue that I didn't have time to get dealt with, but as she always does- Fiona made every effort to get to the bottom of the issue when we return from holidays. This service station continues to be the best in the city when it comes to customer service and the ease and hassle free experience they provide. I live 5 minutes from anothe Ford dealership- but will drive across the city everytime as I know my truck is in great hands. More

I tried to call the service department around 4:30pm, there was no answer and I left a voice mail with my detailed info. However, No one called me back until the next morning. I tried to announce the problem, all their staff give me the same answer“ I do not know what happened." I feel bad about the service experience. More
