I want to allow the third party to pay out of pocket so his insurance ratings wouldn't go through the roof over something so small. George Thorne provided me with a quote and said if they could save the chrome piece on original mirror he would in order to reduce the overall cost of the claim. The shop called me when the parts were in and the repair took about 20mins! (BLOODY AWESOME!!!) When it came time to pay for the invoice, George let me know that he was able to save the original part so the estimate was less than the original (MIND BLOWN!! HONESTY AT IS FINEST!!). All and all a fantastic experience at this shop and I will continue to use them for as long as I own a FORD or I move :) Great job ladies and gentlemen!! More
