We have been Nissan owners of a number of different Nissans over the years and have always had very good experiences with the vehicles. When our 6 year old Versa with 194000 kms started to act up on the way to Prince George we decided to take in to see if the service department could have a quick peek and fix. Due to it being Saturday it was going to take awhile and I had some running around to do on a whim I asked if there were any used Versa's available for a test drive. The young man I dealt with Tyson quickly found a used 2012 with a list price of 15888 and after chatting with Peter Sia, I told him what I wanted to pay with trade in etc and said he would work on it. I went for my test drive, came back and Peter offered a price which I wasn't crazy about and he came up with an option of a brand new Versa Note with 0% Interest and only few dollars more per payment. Bottom line is that both Tyson and Peter worked with me, gave me options, no pressure (as I would have walked), and by the end of it we drove home with a new vehicle, trade in was what we expected and it was good experience. More

Falsifying Price Shawn gave me an all in price on a Juke, which included taxes, add ons and everything else included. However, he gave the financing lady a different number that was 4000 dollar more then what he and I had agreed on. He claims that he never gave me an all in price but I have the email to prove that he did. Jared only gave me the price I had agreed on prior to going into financing as a pathetic attempt to get me to shut up. If you are a young girl looking to buy from here I would strongly recommend not dealing with Shawn on Jared. As neither were helpful. Ask for Robbie the sales guy, and deal with Arlynne in financing. These two were very good and are the only reason I didn't walk away from the dealership. More
The best and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made! We recently purchased 2014 Rogue and love it. Tyson was extremely knowledgable, friendly, patient and no pressure at all. I was not looking forward to vehicle shopping as my previous experiences with other dealers was always, high pressure and forceful. We had already been to Honda and Toyota and were minutes away from signing a deal when we stopped in at Nissan. Tyson was laid back, easy going and was able to answer every question we had. Holly was very patient in explaining things over and over when I was having a difficult time understanding the financial piece due to a recent concussion. Jared also came and helped break things down for me to ensure I was really clear on all the details. Follow up calls and conversations with service have been top notch. Thank you Tyson and the rest of the team at Nissan. More

Started positive but ended a typical Northland Deal My wife and I were looking for a new Car we went to Northaland Nissan for three reasons 1. I'd dealt with Tyson previously and felt he was honest and My wife and I were looking for a new Car we went to Northaland Nissan for three reasons 1. I'd dealt with Tyson previously and felt he was honest and I could Trust him and 2 I've owned and was very happy with a previous Nissan and 3 a coworker recommended Nissan saying she was very happy with them. I visited the dealership initially to look for a truck but the Nissan Trucks didn't fill my needs. so I talked my wife into visiting the dealership even though we had great reservations about dealing with another Northland Group Dealer after speaking to Tyson and then Peter we were assured that they did not play the same games as Northland Dodge and that we could be comfortable dealing with them. we then drove a couple different models and finally picked the Nissan Versa Note My wife loved it. we agreed on a price and stated very clearly we wanted Winter Tires and the Extended Warranty. Peter came back and said that the Bank wouldn't go for the extra money and we said we had to at least have the winters. they went back to the bank and had another $800 added for the Tires and we signed the paperwork. Imagine my surprise when a couple weeks later I was looking through the paperwork and found that the Finance manager snuck in a very useless $800 warranty for dings, Lost Key FOBs and upholstery tears. (guess there was more Profit in that Peter????) I was never shown that contract when I signed the rest of the paperwork because if I had seen it we would have walked away from the deal. Had they not decided to screw us over with that warranty this would have been a very different review. We love the car but have very little faith in Northland Nissan. I regret giving another Northland Group Dealership my Business and will never make the mistake of ever dealing with one of the Northland Group of Dealerships again. I will also let everyone know about the shady dealings of yet another Northland Group Dealer. I am very Dissapointed I thought that Nortland Nissan would be upfront and Honest but I should have listened to my Gut feelings. More

Miracle Workers After being turned down by 2 different dealerships in town AND my bank, I was surprised and ecstatic when Holly called me and said I was approved for After being turned down by 2 different dealerships in town AND my bank, I was surprised and ecstatic when Holly called me and said I was approved for a "New-to-me" car - a 2013 Nissan Versa. I applied for financing online and was conversing with Robbie via text message, when he told me I didn't qualify without a co-signer, my heart sunk. Approximately a week later Holly gave me a call and asked if it would be possible to get a letter from my bank to help in the process of getting financing - this is when I cleared my bad credit and supplied the letter to Holly. Later that day I get a call from Holly that was the amazing news that I qualified for financing on my new car. I am very impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. If it wasn't for them pulling strings and forcing the financing bank to put my application into consideration I wouldn't even be able to make it to work. They are truly miracle workers!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! More
