AWESOME crew at Northland Nissan! We purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder from Zach Pozdnikoff a week ago yesterday and have nothing but great things to say about him, his sales manager We purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder from Zach Pozdnikoff a week ago yesterday and have nothing but great things to say about him, his sales manager Jared, the service manager Chris and anyone else we came in contact with at Northland Nissan. My husband and I have bought a number of new vehicles over the years and this, by far, was the most enjoyable. Usually "enjoyable" and "car buying" are not words you see used together but these guys are truly amazing. They answered all of out pesky, annoying questions to our satisfaction and if they didn't know the answer they were not afraid to admit it and work on finding out the answer. They could have just gave us some BS answer to shut us up but that never happened. Zach was super friendly from the get go and with no high pressure sales approach, we never once felt under the gun. We were able to look around, ask questions, take the vehicle out as much and for as long as we wanted with no trouble what so ever. We even had our 3 year old with us on the day we inked the deal and everyone was so eager to offer them their food, toys, or anything to make him happy. I am sure they felt like daycare workers while we were there but no one batted an eye! It was all and all an amazing experience and I would not hesitate to refer anyone! Zach is a great guy and to this day doesn't hesitate to help us with a question, problem or concern. Thanks Zack! More

Ones where my feet reach but I cant see over the dash.....it's frustrating.Then as a retired person I have a set income.I wanted a vehicle I could lay down in to rest on long trips with also enough space to haul things.My daughters partner took me around town and we looked at vehicles.Most of them were ruled out just by trying to sit comfortably,see all around,head space ,ease of getting in and out and price.Then we walked onto the nissan show lot and I spotted this car.I was afraid to ask.Jamie Bellamy came over and with his big smile asked if we'd like to see inside.I sat inside.It fit.It had everything in it that I was looking for.I couldn't believe it'then the big trade-in-finance thing.They made it so easy for me that I drove away with a brand new car that day!!! I was only looking .I hadn't really planned on buying a new car just yet,I sure haven't regretted it either.It's a beautiful car.I have over 12,000 klms on it already. More

After sputtering into Prince George on our road trip on a Sunday morning, and spending a frustrating and expensive 24 hours getting nowhere with the o After sputtering into Prince George on our road trip on a Sunday morning, and spending a frustrating and expensive 24 hours getting nowhere with the only place in town open on a Sunday, we finally got smart and got a tow to Northland Nissan, where the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their mechanics diagnosed the true problem in minutes. When it became clear getting us back on the road would not be possible until morning, they recommended a hotel (which turned out to be exactly perfect for us), booked a room for us, and shuttled us there. In the morning, when the vehicle was ready ahead of the promised time, they came and picked us up. Best of all, the vehicle ran like a top for the rest of the trip! Would highly recommend the team here. The sales staff were great, too, even though it was pretty apparent we were just kicking tires while waiting for repairs. But they humoured us, and even found some deals that were awfully tempting even though we weren't in the market. Even though I live in Southern BC, I'll give these guys a call when I'm looking for my next vehicle. They earned it! More

I was considering purchasing a car for quiet a while but being that it would have been my first time w I would definitely recommend Northland Nissan. I was considering purchasing a car for quiet a while but being that it would have been my first time with car payments I was, lets say, cautious. I was in to see Dom several times over the last couple of months as I flopped back and forth on what was best. Originally I was thinking that I wanted an xterra and nothing else would do. Dom took the time to really understand what I needed in a vehicle. Turns out the new frontier is exactly what was needed for the capability in the winter and the capacity to help out with the projects around the house. I'm sure I was a demanding customer asking questions, which he was always willing and able to answer, and when it came time to make a deal I was looking for lots of extras that I needed, like winter tires etc. Dom was able to make me a deal that got me all the things I was looking for and into a brand new truck. Shawn and the service department help to give it that little extra that I needed and Holly walked me through the paperwork and got me onto a warranty that gives me piece of mind with my first new car. Dom even came in on his day off to make sure things went off without a hitch when I picked the truck up. Two Nissan's on the driveway now so I imagine they will be seeing more of me in the future.
