2016 Tucson Luxury I recently bought a new 2016 Tucson Luxury from the salesman Chris ( definitely attended to all my needs and questions) to the used car manager Chris( I recently bought a new 2016 Tucson Luxury from the salesman Chris ( definitely attended to all my needs and questions) to the used car manager Chris(who went out of his way to give me the best in value possible for my trade-in) This is my first NEW vehicle so I had no idea the process involved. Philippe in finance went over the multi facets of my bill until everything was clear. I had remote start, bug deflector and platinum package attended to today with Tim in the garage doing proffessional work to make my new vehicle look like a million dollars! Very polite and helpful. It was my first time buying a brand new car from a dealership. Ryan was very friendly and was not pushy towards me about my car. He explained things about the process of buying a car in a way that was easy to understand. He was super nice and a didn't make me feel like a stupid teenager. Marlaine and Gurp did everything they could to get me financed without a co-signer. They were willing to spend a couple days to get it done and I greatly appreciated it. My only issue was when I got my car cleaned for delivery the windows were not cleaned very well. Northland Hyundai is a great place to go for first time buyers. More
When Will People Listen,Not Just Hear ForTheir Reply Oct. 11/16 Service started out very friendly in a cordial manner with Brandon in Service but the following day when there was a problem attitudes c Oct. 11/16 Service started out very friendly in a cordial manner with Brandon in Service but the following day when there was a problem attitudes changed. As of this date, my husband brought in 4 winter tires on rims with Hyundai hubs for these rims. Brandon took + and labelled them as being ours for installation the following day. Oct. 12/16 I picked up my car and found no summer tires were in car. They informed me that they store them FREE until the next tire change. That was wonderful, since I was told before. Went home and a few house later when my husband checked the tires; no hubs. It was too late to call Hyundai to deal with issue. Following morning, my husband called and spoke to Brandon and informed him we didn’t have the hubs on the tires. His comeback was: "We don't put hubs on, plus they were too busy to take the car in", This was never mentioned at time of drop off. Hours later after heavy discussions about why all this happened and being told time and time again by service/shop that the hubs don’t fit rims, we were exhausted (since the hubs came off those identical rims) and no one clearly understood numerous times being told. Don was relieving for Brandon and took it upon himself to look into the matter further to find out that YES we were right, and they had been wrong! He took it upon himself to get the hubs put on immediately while were waiting and we then left much happier. THANK YOU DON FROM PARTS WHO WAS RELIEVING FOR BRANDON IN SERVICE. Don has gone over and above going out of his way in search for answers and by trying to get to the bottom of problem solving. At the moment, he’s looking into the Hyundai remote alarm system that isn’t working the way the manual says it should. He’s been on this issue for over three weeks for no resolutions from the manufacture who makes them???? I’m not happy about that. I have a security issue with having all 4 doors open at once, instead of just driver’s door. More
Great guy 14 years ago I came to Prince George from Ontario in my trusty truck not knowing anyone. A couple of months later my trusty truck hit the dust and I had to purchase a new vehicle. I walked into a Kia dealership on recommendation of a relative back home. As a senior buying a new car can be a daunting challenge. But then I met Chris who walked me through the process and I left with a new car. Well 14 years later that car was ready to hit the dust and time for a new one. When I discovered Chris was no longer at his old dealership I decides to track him down. I found him at the Hyundai dealership and once again with the guidance of Joel and Chris I had a positive experience and left with a nearly new car which with any kind of luck will last another 14 years and so will I. Thanks Chris for showing me that even in a strange new city there are car salesman you can trust and congratulations on your promotion. You deserve it. More

They ripped us off by charging us $1100 more than what the car was advertised for! They promised us new winter tires on rims with studs and sent us used! I was told the summers were 70 percent tread remaining but they are under 20%! This 2011 has more dents , scratches and scuffs on it then my 2002 Santa Fe! If i was to sell this car today I would be lucky to get half what I paid for it! Don't ever order a vehicle online and get delivered out of town! These clowns are outright thieves! I will be reporting them to Hyundai headquarters and getting this deal null & voided! More

I dealt with many salesmen trying to buy my first family suv and there was nobody as awesome as joel extremely friendly and he actually cared about what I wanted and did everything he could so I purchased the perfect suv! For me all those car salesmen were just trying to make a sale and I never got a very nice feeling about them . I was really disappointed until I met joel and all the staff at hyundai there are no words to describe how much I appreciate u guys and I highly highly recommend u go see these guys and ask for Joel he Will take very good care of u. Thanks again joel from the bottom of my heart !! A very happy customer :) thank u!!!! More
