I was unhappy with the warranty portion of my visit. I had to get my bill, changed to reflect the fact that the oil was covered under the warranty of the oil pan. If I didn’t ask for that, I would’ve be I had to get my bill, changed to reflect the fact that the oil was covered under the warranty of the oil pan. If I didn’t ask for that, I would’ve been charged for it and the dealer would’ve billed warranty for it. My door seal was not covered as it was claimed to be my fault for getting in and out of the car, and I say it’s a substandard part that cannot handle basic wear and tear as every other vehicle I’ve ever owned, which would be 14 in total have never failed in that regard. I know for a tier 3 service I paid $100 more than I would’ve at a private shop. More

I am happy to be a part of the Hyundai team. The GM and all other managers are very kind and caring, which reflects on the rest of the staff.
