Improved service compared to my 1st appointment which they forgot to put studs on the new tires (saw it when i got home and i head to return for them to fix it) and improvement for service intervals. Before, brought my car in the morning, i would get it in the evening. Now, brought my car at 9am for regular maintenance, got a call at 10:44am. Also, before they place a service sticker for 4 months with 6000km, now they followed the hyundai manual which is 6 months with 8000km. Before no courtesy wash (unlike honda), now they washed my vehicle. Huge improvement. More

So, when I chatted online, with the nice lady, for purchasing replacement parts and on four different occasions, and was told that she would pass the request on to her team and they would get back t purchasing replacement parts and on four different occasions, and was told that she would pass the request on to her team and they would get back to me. I received absolutely no response. I am about with this xx. If you are going to offer a service like that then you should have appropriate response. Anyhow the service or lack of service is very frustrating. they get a big "O" in my opinion. This was the best car dealership I have visited in my 20 years plus of buying cars. It’s very clear that all of the stuff on site are enthusiastic about the products they’re selling. We were buying the Tucson plug-in hybrid, and as an old couple, not completely tech savvy, and we did not feel that we were less than because we couldn’t comprehend all the bells and whistles.
